The Fall 2007 So Cal Junior Leadership Conference was held on October 12,13. at Claremont Bible Chapel.  The conference is designed to help So Cal churches with Battalions (junior and senior high boys ministry) or have a teen boys ministry develop their leadership skills and commitments.  The theme of the conference was based on the booklet "Thoughts for Young Men", which addresses the spiritual challenges facing young men today.  Boys were trained to become leaders, which included how to get into the Bible themselves and how to lead a small group Bible study (squad meetings). 

Adult leaders and young men attended leadership workshops, participated in fun games and contests as well as enjoyed good food.  The conference was well received and enjoyed by all. (Photos)
