Junior Leadership Conference -- This Conference is for Battalions with young men, 6th grade and up and their adult leaders.  This conference is a great opportunity to learn what is means to be a spiritual leader and how young men can prepare to be tomorrow's Christian leaders.  The last conference was held in October.  The theme was based on the booklet "Thoughts for Young Men", which addresses the spiritual challenges facing young men today.  Boys were trained to become leaders, which included how to get into the Bible themselves and how to lead a small group Bible study (squad meetings).  Check out some photos.

Brigade Night at the Los Angeles Clippers -- The Los Angeles Clipper played the Utah Jazz on February 22, 2008.  See photos of the Game.  After the game, everyone was able to dibble and shoot baskets on the Staples courts.  .

Southern California Camporal  -- An exciting weekend of competition between different Battalions in Southern California.  The 2008 event will be held April 4-6, 2008 again at Lake Silverwood.
 
Father/Son Team Days -- Father/Son Team Day is a great time and opportunity for dads and surrogate dads to spent a day with their son(s) doing fun events that men and boys like to.  Fathers and sons competed as a team in such events as Air Soft, archery, Turtles, legume launch and scripture memory.  Trophies and ribbons were awarded for individual events (1st to 3rd place) and overall winners (1st to 10th place).  Each year, Father/Son Team Days is one of our most popular events.
